Free Entry Route

In accordance with the Gambling Act 2005, a free entry route is available for all paid competitions run by Gingers Crown. No purchase is necessary to enter.

To claim a free entry, follow these steps:

  1. Write your name, date of birth, the name of the competition you wish to enter, and your answer to the skill-based question (see below) on a piece of paper
  2. Post it to: Gingers Crown Address: Unit K5A, Cradley, Enterprise Centre Ltd, Maypole Fields, Cradley Halesowen, West Midlands,B63 2QB
  3. One free entry per person, per competition, per envelope
  4. Free postal entries must be received before the competition closing date to be valid
  5. Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries
  6. Gingers Crown accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post

Skill-Based Question

To qualify for entry (both paid and free postal), entrants must correctly answer the following question:

"What is 5 + 3?"

Answer: 8

Entries that do not provide the correct answer will be declared void and will not be entered into the draw.

Note: You may change this question periodically. Ensure the answer is always included on your website and at checkout. Keep it simple — the purpose is to demonstrate skill, not to trick entrants.

Competition Entry Rules

  1. Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only
  2. By entering a competition, entrants confirm they are aged 18 or over
  3. Proof of age may be requested at any time
  4. Only one account per person is permitted
  5. Ginger Strike Competitions reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms
  6. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated
  8. Winners must claim their prize within 5 days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in a new winner being drawn
  9. Ginger Strike Competitions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable
  10. The decision of Ginger Strike Competitions is final in all matters relating to the competition

How Winners Are Selected

All competitions are drawn using a random number generator or live draw method. Draws are conducted fairly and transparently. Results are final and binding.

For live draws, the winner is selected during a live broadcast on our social media channels. For online competitions, winners are drawn at the scheduled draw time and announced publicly.

Ginger Strike Competitions is committed to transparency. All winners are announced publicly on our website and social media channels. Winners may be asked to provide proof of identity before a prize is released.

Limitation of Liability

Ginger Strike Competitions shall not be liable for:

  • Any failure to enter a competition due to technical issues beyond our control
  • Any postal entries lost or delayed in transit
  • Any error in the entry process caused by the entrant
  • Any tax liability arising from winning a prize

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
